Welcome to Tournet Lanka! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including taxi and tour bookings. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Tournet Lanka provides taxi services, airport transfers, safari tours, day tours, and multi-day tours across Sri Lanka.
Bookings can be made via our website, email, or WhatsApp.
We operate on a “Pay After the Trip” policy, meaning customers pay after completing their service.
Customers must provide accurate details when making a booking.
A confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon successful booking.
Tournet Lanka reserves the right to decline bookings due to availability or operational reasons.
No online payments are accepted. Customers must pay directly to the driver/guide after the trip.
Payments can be made in cash (LKR, USD, EUR) or bank transfer upon request.
If a third party (hotel, agency) books on behalf of a customer, the payer is responsible for settling the full amount.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the trip to avoid inconvenience.
If a customer does not show up at the scheduled pickup time without notice, the booking may be canceled automatically.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restricted future bookings.
Our drivers and guides are licensed, experienced, and professional. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Tour modifications due to weather, road conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances may be made for safety reasons.
Tournet Lanka is not responsible for any delays, accidents, natural disasters, or unforeseen events affecting the tour schedule.
We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings during the tour.
Customers should comply with local laws and regulations while on the trip
We collect only necessary personal details to confirm bookings.
Personal data will not be shared, sold, or misused under any circumstances.
